Ron Paul or Barack Obama?

Now that Kucinich is officially out of the race, what candidate will Sticki News endorse and why?

I’m an open liberal. I believe in protecting our civil rights, the free market and abolishing an already senseless war. I endorse the idea of free healthcare, decriminalizing marijuana, enforcing strict laws to promote a greener environment and equality amongst everyone. Unfortunately for me, most of what I would like to see instilled in our “land of the free” just isn’t going to happen. While conceited candidates continue to make promises that they surely won’t keep; I begin to get restless.

With Kucinich out, Ron Paul barely hanging on and John McCain soaring over the competition, it’s safer to say I’m scared shitless.

To begin with John McCain is totally bat shit crazy. This is the same man who is against abortion, but voted NO to spending $100 million on educating teenagers on safe-sex and contraceptives. In the year 2000, McCain voted for more death penalty, and stricter sentencing. He’s voted NO to the last six education improvement spending bills, making his stance on education in America extremely clear… he could care less, he’s 71. He voted against taking our troops out of Iraq and has even said “there will be more war” in his recent headlines. This is only a fraction of what McCain intends to ruin once he’s elected president, visit On The Issues for a comprehensive list of his devastating ideas.

With McCain out of the way, it’s time to focus on Hillary. Rather, Billary, it seems as if Bill and Hillary are running for President. I personally think it’s another opportunity for Bill Clinton to play a lead role in government; we all know he owns her. I’m not going to bash Hillary to the extent of McCain, but she has had her fair share of hiccups. Firstly, Hillary, being the politically aware woman she is, knew enough to cry right before a major primary. Which, boosted her numbers enough for he to win at the last minute. Phishy. Then Mrs. Clinton vowed to stay out of Florida and Michigan, but totally campaigned in both states. Lastly, her weird faces have to stop. It’s to the point now where I wake up in total terror simply from glancing at these few pictures.

The next president?

Now that I’ve smashed the two likely presidential candidates I’d like to touch on who I’m looking at now. Obviously, Ron Paul sounds promising. He debates like a human being, truthful, realistic and most of all believes in “change.” But the truth is, Ron Paul probably doesn’t stand a chance at winning the final election. Unfortunate? Yes. Welcome to the “land of the free.” So if Ron Paul is going to undoubtably be a wasted vote, why not lean on Obama?

Barack Obama’s speeches are thunderous, honest and full of government reform. Obama understands that science is fact, not fiction like some other president who’s name I refuse to mention. Obama is in good standing on a number of issues including the economy, healthcare, and most recently decriminalizing marijuana. He will attempt to dig America out of “you know who’s” financial mess and straighten up the White House. So believe it or not, born to a Muslim father or not, Barack Hussein Obama is getting my vote.

Democratic Presidential Candidate, Barack Obama

It’s extremely unfortunate that the few candidates who fit the role of president best are lagging in the polls. It’s hard to believe that our voting system is safe, secure and untampered. Being in a red state, I know, bummer, I was literally sick to my stomach to hear McCain fed his corropted bullshit to a bunch of senior citizens and convinced them. How? It’s his job, he’s a United States politician.
