Ubutnu 8.04 Beta is available on the Ubuntu wiki-website. 8.04’s new features include Xorg 7.3, Linux kernal 2.6.24, GNOME 2.22 and Policy Kit, to name but a few. In reality, there are hundreds of new features, all making for a more enjoyable Linux experience. Of course the best part of Linux operating systems are, they’re free! Official release date is April 2008.
